Fortune Freestyle Airbag
Each spring (late March - April / early May) Fortune Freestyle runs an Airbag at Camp Fortune.
The Airbag is exclusively for freestyle skiers and is a fun activity fun activity for athletes of all ages and skill levels. Athletes get to jump onto a large inflatable airbag (crash mat), offering a safer environment to learn and practice tricks compared to jumping on snow.
It's not just for learning inverts (flips)! Freestyle skiers can work on:
-
Uprights: spreads, daffys, twisters
-
Spins: 360s, 540s, 720s
-
Advanced tricks: corks, flat spins, flips, and more
Please note: The Airbag is not open to snowboarders, as we are not licensed to run programming for snowboarding. The coaches we have are qualified to coach freestyle skiing and not snowboarding.
It's also a great time for parents - enjoy the warm weather while watching the kids progress and have fun.
New for Spring 2025

We need parent and community volunteers to assist with set-up and take-down at each session.

If you can help, please e-mail fortunefreestyle@gmail.com
