Fortune Freestyle Refund and Cancellation Policy
Refund/Withdrawal Requests
Any athlete may request a refund or withdraw from Fortune Freestyle programs due to a season-ending injury or other extenuating circumstances. Supporting documentation may be requested. Single day absences will not be refunded.
A Refund or withdrawal request should be made in writing to the Fortune Freestyle email, fortunefreestyle@gmail.com.
Any request for refund/ withdrawal made in writing before the start of the program will be refunded the full Fortune Freestyle program fees less a $25 administration fee, registrations fees and processing fees.
Any request for refund/ withdrawal made in writing after the start of the program will be prorated based on the Fortune Freestyle program fee and the number of remaining training sessions, less a $25 administration fee, registrations fees and processing fees.
Cancellations
One day cancellations due to inclement weather will not be refunded. At Fortune Freestyle’s discretion, a makeup date may be offered.
If the program is cancelled prior to the start of the program, program fees paid will be fully refunded.
If, at any time after the start of a program, the remaining program is cancelled and/or terminated due to a provincial health order, facility closure, or other extenuating circumstance, if less than 75% of the program has been completed, program fees will be refunded prorated based on the Fortune Freestyle program fee paid and the number of remaining sessions left in the program, less a $25 administration fee, registrations fees and processing fees.

Program Fee paid / Total Sessions paid X Sessions missed - $25 and Registration and Processing fees
A refund is provided by email transfer or cheque.
Refunds will not be issued for less than $10.

Fortune Freestyle is a member club of Freestyle Ontario (FO).
As a member club, we have adopted the policies of FO. When reviewing these policies as a member of Fortune Freestyle, note that when the policy refers to “FO” it also means Fortune Freestyle, for the purposes of Fortune Freestyle's membership.
