Trampoline Training

Get in shape for the winter!

Fortune Freestyle is pleased to be partnering with Spring Action Trampoline again this fall to provide trampoline training for freestyle skiers. Trampoline training provides excellent acrobatic skill development, preparing skiers for jumps on snow and contributing to overall balance, agility, coordination, and spatial awareness. Trampoline is fun and helpful for all levels of freestyle skiers - including athletes who are new to freestyle, recreational skiers (Freestylerz/Fundamentalz) - and it is particularly important for athletes who are (or who are interested in) competing in slope (park) and moguls.

Limited spots are available for 1.5hr trampoline sessions taking place at Laws of Motion on Sunday evenings (6:30-8pm & 8-9:30pm).  The program started 12 Sept - if you are interested in joining please e-mail info@springaction.ca.
