Join Coach Max Moore for outdoor trampoline training this spring. These small-group sessions are perfect for freestyle athletes looking to build acrobatic skills, boost fitness, and stay connected with the crew in the off-season. Last year's sessions were a hit and filled quickly - registration is first come, first served!

Why Trampoline?
​
Trampoline training is a key part of freestyle progression. Whether you're just getting started or learning advanced tricks (including flips), trampoline is the foundation. It helps athletes develop air awareness, coordination, and confidence in a safe and fun environment.
​
Plus, it’s a great way to stay sharp and catch up with your teammates when the slopes are closed.

Spring 2025 - Key Info
​
Schedule:

Tuesdays & Wednesdays starting May 20 or 21 and ending on June 24 or 25.

Two sessions per evening:
-
Session 1: 5:00 PM - 6:30 PM​

Session 2: 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM

Group Size includes a minimum of 2 athletes and a maximum of 4 athletes per session.
​
Cost: $210 for a 6-week program (1.5 hour per session each week)
​
Make-up dates in case of rain or inclement weather will be offered on a case-by-case basis.

Freestyle Licenses: ​All participants are required to purchase their annual Freestyle Canada license when registering. For the spring Airbag, a Club Athlete license is required. Coach licenses are also accepted.
