Recreational Winter Program
A great place to start for all new and upcoming freestylers!

Our 9-week recreational freestyle program is the perfect introduction to skiing in the terrain park and moguls. Athletes will develop fundamental skills while learning to jump, ski bumps, and perform basic tricks on boxes and rails.
​
Led by expert coaches, the program emphasizes safe progression, technical skills, and—most importantly—fun. It’s a supportive, confidence-building environment for young skiers ready to try freestyle.

Program at a Glance

Ages: 6–18 (athletes grouped by age & skill)

Schedule: Saturdays and/or Sundays, 9:00 am–3:00 pm (with 11:30–12:30 lunch break)

Season Length: 9 consecutive weekends (January–early March)

Skill Level: Must be able to ski intermediate (blue) runs independently

Focus Areas: Terrain park (jumps, boxes, rails), moguls, and basic skiing skills

Extras: Holiday and March Break camps available​
How We Group Athletes
​
To ensure the best experience, athletes are placed in small groups based on both age and ability:

Younger skiers (ages 6–11) focus on fundamental skills and safe introductions to freestyle.

Teens (ages 12–18) progress more quickly into park and mogul development.

Within each age group, athletes are further divided by skill so your child is always challenged but comfortable.

Saturdays only (Jan 3–Feb 28, 2026): $670

Sundays only (Jan 4–Mar 1, 2026): $6570

Both Saturdays & Sundays (Jan 3–Mar 1, 2026): $995

Additional Information

All participants must purchase a Club Athlete Freestyle License valid from July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026: $26 (Freestyle Ontario) + $70 (Freestyle Canada)

Lift tickets are not included. Athletes must have a Camp Fortune season pass or purchase individual lift tickets separately.

Fortune Freestyle is a ski-only program. We do not offer snowboarding instruction.​
