This year Fortune Freestyle ran camps at two facilities over the summer and into the fall.

Registration for 2025 will be published in late winter 2025.  Below is registration information from 2024.

Ramp more and save! If you register for one ramp camp and decide to add another camp at a later date, you will get a 10% discount on the later ramp camp when you register. If you register for more than one ramp camp up front... you will get 10% off of the registration fees for all of your ramp camps

• Lac Beauport Water Ramp –“AcrobatX” (located at the Le Relais ski area near Quebec City)

• Horseshoe Valley - Freestyle Ontario Airbag Facility (located at the Horseshoe Valley resort – near Barrie, Ontario)

The Lac Beauport water ramp is very user-friendly and caters to athletes of all skill levels and disciplines (moguls & slope). This is a great venue for athletes trying their first ramp camp, as well as more experienced athletes working on flips and continuing to progress their skills. In general, competitive mogul athletes train at water ramp – as the facility includes jumps similar in size and shape to the jumps in competition mogul courses.

The Horseshoe airbag facility is new this year. It is expected to have somewhat larger jumps with a landing on a sloped airbag – generally similar to what is available at Maximise. This facility will be best suited for athletes who are comfortable with medium to large jumps or have previously jumped on an airbag (e.g. the airbag at Camp Fortune) or water ramp. In general, competitive slope athletes train on airbag – as the jumps are similar in size and shape to the jumps in a competition slopestyle course.
 

We may also add or substitute training days at Maximise depending upon the timing of completion of the Horseshoe facility.

NOTES:

• All athletes must have a Club level freestyle membership (or higher) ($90 – 2023-2024 pricing). Note that 2023-2024 memberships expire June 30 – existing freestyle athletes have to renew their memberships to attend any camps this summer. 

• Registration for water ramp is now open (see link below). Registration for airbag will be available shortly.

• For water ramp, the facility fee at Lac Beauport (AcrobatX) is $52.50/day + tax for up to 10 days, and $42 for any days thereafter.

• For airbag, for the 2024 training season, the facility fee at Horseshoe (~$200/day) will be substantially covered by a grant. For most athletes, we anticipate that the facility fee will be entirely covered – but this will be confirmed once we know have a better idea of the number of athletes attending our camps. For days at Maximise, we anticipate that the facility fee will be approximately $200/day (TBC).

• The above schedule is subject to change, and some dates may be moved or camps cancelled if we do not have sufficient registration. As such, when booking accommodations, please carefully consider cancellation policies.

• You must register for all camps at least two weeks prior to the first day of the camp.  If we do not have sufficient interest some camps may be cancelled.
